Patricius Winery has 68,5 hectares of vineyards in 6 vineyards around 4 villages, in the vineyards of Teleki, Sajgó, Lapis, Várhegy, Czigány and Szárhegy. We created the estate structure with great awareness; the Kékessy family chose the vineyards that had been first growths for several hundred years for their diversity and rich soil qualities. Not only the variety of vineyards are reflected in our wines. Our grape varieties and their age also contribute greatly to the varied world of flavours of our wines. The lands we cultivate offer a home to both young and old vines. It can also be said that the varieties are varied too as we have most of the varieties in the Tokaj Wine Region: Furmint, Hárslevelű, Sárga Muskotály, Zéta and Kövérszőlő. The eight vineyards we cultivate represent the starting point which is why it is important to us to get to know and protect our vineyards.
