How can I pay?

After you finalise your order, we take you to the OTP Bank website where payment is made online through their encrypted and secure system, virtual Simple Pay. Products you order must be paid for in advance. We are unable to offer COD (Cash on Delivery).

What are the delivery costs?

Home delivery costs 2200 HUF. Orders above 20 000 HUF are delivered free of charge.

When do I get the products I ordered?

Usually wines are delivered within 2-3 working days of confirmation but within 5 working days at most. The order is delivered by courier. Packages are delivered on working days between 8 am and 5 pm.

Can I order to an address outside Hungary?

Not, at present we only deliver within Hungary.

I can’t give a time when I’ll definitely be at home. What can I do?

Packages are delivered on working days between 8 am and 5 pm. If you are not at home at this time, it is worth giving the delivery address (where possible) as your work address. TNT courier informs you of the delivery time by SMS and email.
